We had owned a unit for 20 years and had been considering selling as we had a somewhat difficult tenant recently and where not happy to be subjected to further problems with new tenants.
We met David at the unit and he explained why he felt that a fixed selling price and quick campaign would be preferable, in our situation, than going to auction.
This was agreed on at the price suggested by him in view of his knowledge of the current market in the area.
It was left to David to negotiate viewing times etc with the tenant and this was done in exemplary fashion with none of the problems we had envisaged.
We were thrilled that he achieved a sale at the suggested price on the first open day thus relieving us quickly of much worry.
David was unfailingly polite, amenable and thoughtful and we would certainly recommend him to anyone contemplating selling their property.
