David we chose you to market and sell our home in Glenfield because you worked the area and we were further afield, but also because you kept your name to the fore with regular updates on the market.
What a superb decision, a sale that should have been simple and straight forward was fraught with problems from day one. There were many sessions with council, engineers and builders etc. Most agents would have walked away. Not only were there complications with the property for sale, but to add to the already complex situation was a vendor suffering from debilitating cancer, and throughout the sale process being extremely unwell more often than not.
David, at this difficult time, both in your capacity as a Real Estate agent and as an extremely caring human being helped both Barry and I so much. Your PA Victoria was also extremely kind and helpful.
The sale was achieved in a relatively short time but sorting out all the problems took much longer. Not once over that agonizing period did you loose your cool or give up on us as vendors, most would have.
Once again we both wish to thank you from our hearts for your constant support, both business and professional over these difficult times. It is therefore that we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone who is buying or selling. Your total honesty and decency is second to none.
