I am writing this letter of recommendation as it is truly well deserved.
After the recommendation from another agent who we had been dealing with that had moved to the South Island we met with David and had no hesitation in appointing him as our agent.

Auction day arrived and we met with the Auctioneer who along with David explained the process for auction day at no time did we feel any pressure and we set the reserve price for auction.
The day of the auction we had a great turn out with 3 bidders and a result that far exceeded our reserve by tens of thousands of dollars a great result and we are delighted.
