David Hibbins and his PA Victoria went above and beyond what I expected them to do in the selling of my Birkenhead Point villa.
When I approached David I told him that I was selling due to the fact my partners cancer had gone into his bones and living in a house of steps in Wellington we needed to rethink our living arrangements which required the villa to support.
David was very active in the promotion of my villa plus having to deal with less than accommodating tenants.
When my partners health took a very serious turn for the worst, David did everything he could to make my life easier. I was told by a friend that he even took to cutting back some of the foliage that had become a bit rampant rather than requesting me to get it sorted.
I cannot recommend David and his PA Victoria highly enough in working in my best interests.
